Three more weeks for everyone, hopefully! Here in my district we have 15 more school days, but who’s counting, right?
To help get you and your students through these next three weeks of craziness, whether it be special holiday dress-up days, more testing, or whatever other holiday festivities your school deems “fun,” here are twelve of my favorite Christmas Brain Breaks that get us into the holiday spirit!
1. If You’re a Kid (Christmas Remix) by Harry Kindergarten
2. Boom Chicka Boom Christmas by The Learning Station
3. Reindeer Hokey Pokey by The Kiboomers
4. Gingerbread Man Dance and Freeze by Jack Hartmann
5. The Grinch Run by Matthew Wood
6. Christmas Freeze Dance by Coach Corey Martin
7. Christmas Everywhere Dance Along by The Kidz Bop Kids
8. Christmas Special by Cosmic Kids Yoga
9. Christmas Exercise Dance by Miss Linky
10. Jingle Bells by The Singing Walrus
11. Would You Rather? Workout (Holiday Edition)-Note: skip to :37 if you want to pass the directions
12. Christmas Body Percussion Play Along by Symphonic Sounds
I hope your students, and maybe you 😉, enjoyed these 12 Christmas Brain Breaks! If you need holiday book ideas or student gift ideas, check out my posts 10 Holiday Read-Alouds for the Classroom and Budget-Friendly Holiday Gifts for Students. That break is just around the corner, I can smell the gingerbread.
